Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Assist in managing customer databases and CRM systems to track interactions and outcomes.
Ensure all customer communications are documented correctly, keeping clear and detailed records of every interaction.
Work closely with other teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Keep customers informed about company updates, new properties, promotions, and any changes in services.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all clients.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
Strong documentation skills, ensuring all customer interactions and records are accurate and up-to-date.
Familiarity with customer management software and CRM systems.
Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A customer-focused attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
Physical Appearance: Must maintain a professional appearance and good dress sense at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
Education/Certification: A degree or certification in Business Administration, Customer Service, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:
12% commission on every property sold.
