Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the Director’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Develop an intentional, well-planned content calendar aligned with the Director’s leadership tone and brand identity.
Create compelling written, visual, and video content for thought leadership, industry insights, lifestyle positioning, and audience engagement.
Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form formats.
Track and analyze content performance to optimize strategy.
Manage community engagement professionally and consistently.
Stay updated on trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional social media management experience with a strong, verifiable portfolio.
Proven expertise in LinkedIn content creation and handling a professional personal brand.
Strong video editing skills.
Excellent communication, creativity, and social media storytelling abilities.
Ability to work hybrid: On-site in Bodija, Ibadan + Remote flexibility.
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be skilled, strategic, creative, and deeply knowledgeable about managing personal and professional brands across all major social media platforms especially LinkedIn.
