Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Client Management
• Identify and pursue potential leads through fieldwork, referrals, and marketing
campaigns and code calling.
• Provide exceptional client engagement from initial inquiry through to closing and
ensuring smooth documentation process by liasing with the customer experience Team
• Maintain professional follow-ups with prospects and clients to encourage repeat sales
and referrals.Property Inspections & Presentations
• Schedule and conduct property inspections with prospective clients.
• Ensure all property features, pricing, and value propositions are clearly presented.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure availability and adequate inspection
coverage.CRM & Lead Management
• Accurately log all leads, prospects, follow-ups, and transactions using the company CRM.
• Maintain a clear and updated pipeline of sales activities for performance review.
• Track client interactions and feedback to support sales strategies.Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, inspections, and deal progress.Team Collaboration & Allocations
• Work closely with other sales executives and departments (Brand Communications,
Customer Experience, Legal, etc.) to achieve sales goals.
• Attend and support all property allocation events.
• Engage clients professionally and help coordinate allocation logistics where needed.
Requirements
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales or a sales-driven role.
Strong understanding of property sales processes and client handling.
Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Professional certifications in real estate sales or marketing are a plus.
